Shiv is a founding board member and past Chairman of the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum (SECAF).  Shiv has served on or lead several Boards including the Professional Services Council, ACG National Capital, Wolf Trap Foundation, UVA’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, Wolf Trap Foundation, GMU Foundation, and GMU School of Management.
